Title: POTATO ROLLS (1 1/2 LB)

3/4cWater
1 Egg
3cAll purpose flour
1/2cPlain mashed potatoes,cooled
1tsSalt
1/4cShortening
1/4cSugar
1 1/2tsYeast

Place all ingredients in bread pan, select dough setting, and press start. When dough has risen long enough, the machine will beep. Turn off bread machine, remove bread pan, and turn out dough onto a heavily floured board. : Gently roll and stretch dough into a 24" rope. With a sharp knife, divide dough into 72 pieces. : Grease two 12 cup muffin tins. Roll each piece into a ball and place 3 balls in each greased muffin cup. Cover and let rise in warm oven 30 to 45 minutes until doubled. : Preheat oven to 400. Bake 12 minutes until golden. Remove from oven and serve warm. Source: Bread Machine Magic
